The June Dairy Breakfast is well-known for its delicious scrambled eggs, fluffy pancakes, pure maple syrup, fresh cheese curds and ice cream, but also allows us to showcase the dairy industry and the impact agriculture in general has on Marathon County and the surrounding area. Friends and family can enjoy a morning filled with interactive, educational displays, children's activities and other agricultural related activities. This events gives our neighbors a first-hand look into the dairy industry bridging the gap between the consumer and producer. Every year we travel to a different location in Marathon County to showcase our dairy farm families.

Located at the Wisconsin Valley Fair each year, the Ag Adventure Tent offers hands-on, interactive displays, product samples, and educational opportunities for visitors of all ages. Some of the highlights of this event is the homemade ice cream making and kiddie pools full of corn. This tent is filled with educational activities for all ages and is free to enjoy within the fairgrounds.

Golf Scramble

In the fall of the year, we take some time to have some fun out on the golf course and to network with each other. The afternoon is filled with fun, interactive agricultural filled golfing events such as the Hay Bale Tee Off, Broad Side of a Barn contest, Poker Run and more! It's a chance to relax and catch up with our closest Partner Members and friends. After the outing, we enjoy a wonderful meal and a short presentation on PPA.

On the Moo-ve

Journey is currently located at the Children's Imaginarium for the winter months and will resume traveling to events at a later date.
On the Moo-ve was developed in response to the rising demand by consumers to learn how dairy farmers care for their cattle and why dairy foods are a critical component of a healthy, balanced diet. On the Moo-ve features a life size fiberglass cow that can be "milked" and travels around central Wisconsin. Journey, our milking cow can be found traveling from events from time to time teaching children about the importance of dairy.

We invite local business community members and producers every year in early March, to network, enjoy a delicious dinner and celebrate the achievements of the hardworking people in our agricultural community throughout the year. We take time to recognize a variety of awards including Outstanding Young Farmer, Century Farm, Scholarship recipients, and Friend of Ag. We also spend the evening with a guest speaker who showcases a different topic of agriculture each year.
